Founded and led by a dual-trade qualified professional with over 20 years of industry experience, Dvanto was built on real-world expertise—not corporate fluff.
Our founder has earned advanced welding certifications (including 6G) and has mastered every major welding technique: TIG, MIG, and Arc.
Where It All Started
The Journey began in manufacturing logging trucks, trailers, and heavy forestry equipment, where precision and durability weren’t optional—they were survival. From there, the work evolved:
Fabricating low-loader trailers, curtain sliders, tippers, waste bins, and digger buckets
Taking on high-pressure offshore pipe welding across various rigs for over 10 years (with Transocean as a primary employer)
Working in the mining sector—including both gold and iron ore—with major players like BHP, and contracting through trusted third-party contractors on several core crews.
Even fabricating steel components for Weta Workshop’s iconic dragon sculpture, featured at the “Lord of the Rings” film premiere in New Zealand
